Hello dear artists. There is a myriad of different drawing tutorials but it’s odd that we do not have any tutorials on the most important things to all artists. We decided today to rectify the issue and offer this drawing instruction on drawing the pencil sharpener.
The first step is to draw the general outline for the sharpener pencil. Be aware that it should shrink towards the back.
On the upper side, you should make an opening to the blade, as well as the shavings that are escaping.
In this section, you will draw the blade and screw that will hold the blade. If it’s too difficult to draw all these lines, you can make use of a ruler. Of course, it would be awesome if you could make straight lines even without using them.
Continue with the drawing tutorial on drawing the pencil sharpener step-by-step. In this step, the simplest one you only need to create a hole for pencils in the shape that is a circle or an oval (depending on the angle from which you view it).
Thus, the tutorial gradually comes to an end. It’s at the point at which we need to include shadows. Create dark shadows within the pencil hole and lighter shadows on the sides of the sharpener for pencils.
It’s not the most complex drawing lesson, however, we have a very realistic pencil sharpener. If you’re looking to locate anything on our site, click the “search” button at the top of the page. If you don’t find it, post it in the comments and we’ll create an instructional video.
